1. Good deeds will not get you to heaven and will not save you! We know this because we will never be good enough.
"All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one." Romans 3:12
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23
2. What is faith without action?
"You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did." James 2:22
"You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone." James 2:24
God wants to use us for His glory. That is why He created us. And how can we be used if we are not taking action? Praise God because of His grace. Praise God for His forgiveness cause we will mess up. But praise Him by doing His will, by doing what He has called us to do. Let's not be Cultural Christians, that are hypocritical and do everything in vain. But let's be Biblical Christians. Let's be PROOF of God's everlasting grace!
